What counts as one book?
A book counts when its first outline is made. Everything after that is included: editing, rewriting chapters, asking the assistant, new cover runs and downloading as many times as you like. Regenerating an outline many times over can count as another book, so the allowance can’t be used as unlimited drafts.
Is the book allowance per calendar month?
It’s a rolling 30 days. Each book counts for 30 days from when it was started, then frees up a slot again.
Do unused books roll over?
No. The allowance is how many new books you can start in any 30 days, so there’s nothing to save up or lose track of.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from your account. Moving up gives you the larger allowance straight away.
What happens to my books if I cancel?
They stay in your account. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for; after that you can still open and preview your books, and downloading needs a plan again.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel any time and won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, email support@koobe.ai and we’ll look at it.
Is there a limit on how much I can generate?
Each plan has fair-use daily limits so the service stays fast for everyone, such as ten cover runs a day per person. Normal book-making never comes close.
How do team seats work?
Pro includes 3 seats and Business 10. Create a workspace, invite people by email, and everyone shares the workspace’s books and allowance.
