Fixes
Improvements and fixes
Smaller changes that make Koobe easier to use on phones and with a keyboard, and fairer with your credits.
- “Write my book” works again on a book you come back to. For a few days it could wrongly say your changes hadn’t saved.
- Stop a chapter part way and you keep what it wrote for 1 credit. Stop it before it writes anything and it’s free.
- Credits come back by themselves for work that was cut off, a lettering redraw that failed, or writing that couldn’t start.
- Paid twice by mistake, say in two tabs? The second payment is refunded automatically.
- Moving to a bigger plan part way through a month adds that month’s share of the extra credits. That’s the same share you pay, and the upgrade window shows how many credits arrive.
- Upgrading with a card that needs your bank’s approval shows your bank’s check, then goes ahead.
- Deleting your account also ends your plan, so you’re never charged again.
- “Suggest titles” and “Suggest new sections” only change what they say.
- On phones, the menu has Notifications, Search, Help and Sign out. A small sign shows your work is saved, an open chapter can move up or down, and the keyboard no longer pops up every time you open Koobe.
- With a keyboard or screen reader, windows keep focus and hand it back when they close, and books in Projects open with Enter.
- In dark mode, “Write this chapter” is readable and the focus outline shows.
- Escape no longer throws away notes you’ve typed, and your pictures show while they upload.
- A new Koobe logo, on the site and in the app.
