Improvements and fixes

Smaller changes since 1.3.

A new book’s outline has a “Make this book yours” card for your experience and stories, key takeaways, exercises, pictures and citations. Then Regenerate outline, for free.
A chapter you write on its own, or one the assistant rewrites, is kept even if you close or reload the page while it’s being written.
Stopping a chapter part way now stops the writing straight away.
Covers keep appearing one by one as they finish, even if you reload the page.
Menus that don’t fit open on the side with more room, so the audience menu on the home screen is no longer cut off.
